Include, if you have them:
- Case caption, trial court, and case number
- Date of the judgment entry (this controls the 30-day clock under App.R. 4)
- Whether the notice of appeal has been filed
- Two or three sentences on the rulings you want reviewed
- Your preferred structure: consulting counsel behind your signature, or co-counsel of record
Deadline triage: if your 30-day window under App.R. 4 is about to run, say so in the subject line. Filing the notice of appeal is a one-page act that preserves everything; we can help you get it on file first and sort the briefing second.
